Gymnastics is just like other sports, there were ups and downs too. There were bad times and good times that both a gymnast and a coach has to deal with. But the story becomes even sweeter and meaningful when there are championships happen. The champs, undoubtedly, would become the happiest person living on Earth. Who are the champs then? And, how was life going before reaching the victory? Today, let’s discover some heartbreaking facts. The Coach Upon giving a warm applause to a winning athlete, there is someone deserves much more appreciation in the corner – the coach. Before the gold, there were tears coming from the trainers. Long before the competition, it’s not just the gymnast preparing for the battle, mentors too. They give proper mentoring to flourish a child. If gymnasts consider each other a family, coaches must be their second parents. This is because they’ve been through the journey together, having laughs, bonds, and challenges together. What other people forget about these people are their continuous help and sacrifices. To train someone that commits a lot of mistakes is something very frustrating, but they don’t give up. They continue to share knowledge, experiences and mold a competitive athlete. After all, when everyone is cheering for the winning gymnast, it seems they don’t exist. The Gymnast Gymnasts do whatever it takes to be the champ. Spend more hours in the gym, more effort in training and sometimes, more pain to feel while in. Because no matter how experienced you are in gymnastics, it will always be terrifying to balance yourself in the beam, and that safety net will always be your best friend. The badges of honor for gymnasts are their calluses. There are constant cuts and bruises. And the pressure of having a perfect body type is high. One other hard thing about being a gymnast is the feeling of not really experiencing life because what you always do is a train of challenges. Wrapping Up
