Competitive Team

Our Competitive Program is dedicated to raising up athletes with strong bodies and strong minds. We aim to create a lean practice schedule where our gymnasts are focused and busy for all of their practice time. We use the arena of competitive gymnastics to teach our athletes the life lessons of goal setting, attention to detail, self-motivation, and setting high expectations of themselves.
